Makerverkstedet

Makerverkstedet – "the makerspace" – is located on the U1 floor of Realfagbygget at campus Gløshaugen, and is open 24 hours a day for all students and staff at NTNU. It's also staffed with MAKE NTNU's supervisors from 12:15 to 18:00 Monday to Thursday and 12:15 to 16:00 on Fridays, except during examination periods or vacations.

The workshop has a wide selection of tools, computers for 3D modelling, soldering stations and sewing machines. Even a signal generator and an oscilloscope!

The 3D printing room with 3D printers is available to students and staff who have completed our course on the usage of 3D printers (either physically or digitally), signed the contract and agreed to our rules.
